Recently, numerous studies have shown the real health benefits of spending time in nature. In Japan, forest bathing is a common practice. Discover Mount Royal differently during this shinrin-yoku walk and treat yourself to a moment of wellness through a sensory connection with nature.  Accompanied by a certified guide, this slow 2 km walk includes opportunities to connect with nature (sensory exploration, contemplation, relaxation, creativity) and to share experiences in small groups.

This activity is offered in French but questions in English are welcome.
